O’Sax Sprouts is a fun, play-based introduction to beach volleyball for athletes ages 4–7. It’s designed to build confidence, coordination, and comfort in the sand through games and age-appropriate activities. Sprouts is about creating a positive first experience with sport. Program Includes • 1 coach-led session per week (45 minutes) • Games that build balance, coordination, and confidence • Introduction to moving and playing in the sand • Simple volleyball skills taught through play • Supportive, encouraging environment Program Details • Ages: 4–7 • Season: July 2026 • Length: 4 weeks • Location: Sax Centre outdoor beach courts • Cost: $60 CAD Sprouts builds the foundation for future O’Saxman programs — helping young athletes develop movement skills, confidence, and a love for being active in the sand.
Cancellation Policy
Purpose O’Saxman Beach Club, The Sax Centre, and the National Beach Volleyball League are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all players , coaches, staff, parents/guardians, and spectators. Code of Conduct All participants, including parents and guardians, are expected to: • Treat players, coaches, officials, staff, and spectators with respect • Display good sportsmanship at all times • Follow all club rules, facility guidelines, and staff instructions Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or disruptive behavior by players or parents/guardians will not be tolerated. Attendance & Participation • Players are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to participate • Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of minors • Repeated absences or late arrivals may result in reduced playing time or removal from sessions Safety & Responsibility • Players participate at their own risk • Injuries must be reported to a coach or staff member immediately • Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the appropriate personnel of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns • Proper footwear, hydration, and sun protection are strongly encouraged Payments & Refunds • All program fees must be paid in full prior to participation • Refunds or credits for programs are subject the discretion of the program administrator and may not be available once programs have begun • Please contact us in the event of extreme circumstances Cancellations • All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25.00 Gear & Merchandise • All gear and merchandise sales are final sale • Sizes and items cannot be changed or adjusted after orders are submitted • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for gear under any circumstances Media & Photography • Athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during practices, training sessions, and tournaments • Media may be used for purposes such as website, social media, and promotional materials • Athletes may opt out of having their image used on the website or social media by notifying a member of staff in writing • Photographers and videographers will still be present during sessions, and complete avoidance of media capture cannot be guaranteed Policy Enforcement Failure by a player or parent/guardian to comply with these policies may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the club without refund.
