Bring fresh legs and sunscreen to this one day youth tournament. O'Saxman Tour 2026 is back and bigger than ever, bringing together the next generation of talent for a day of high-energy competition, team spirit, and unforgettable moments on the court. Open to athletes in the following divisions: Girls U12 | Girls U13 | Girls U14 | Girls U15 | Girls U16 | Girls U17 | Girls U18 Boys U14 | Girls U15 | Girls U16 FAQ What should my child bring? They're going to be in the sand. Comfortable athletic/beach wear is a must, water, snacks, and sunscreen. Optional items include: a warm up ball (game balls provided), something for shade, beach towel/blanket, outdoor chairs. Does my child need to know how to play at a high level? Not at all! This tournament welcomes players of all skill levels within their age group. The focus is on fun, development, and competition. How long will the day be? Plan for a full day. Athletes will have multiple matches, with exact timing depending on the division schedule. What is the format? Teams start with round robin pool play, where everyone plays several matches, followed by playoffs to crown the division champions. How many teams per division? Cancellation Policy
Purpose O’Saxman Beach Club, The Sax Centre, and the National Beach Volleyball League are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all players , coaches, staff, parents/guardians, and spectators. Code of Conduct All participants, including parents and guardians, are expected to: • Treat players, coaches, officials, staff, and spectators with respect • Display good sportsmanship at all times • Follow all club rules, facility guidelines, and staff instructions Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or disruptive behavior by players or parents/guardians will not be tolerated. Attendance & Participation • Players are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to participate • Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of minors • Repeated absences or late arrivals may result in reduced playing time or removal from sessions Safety & Responsibility • Players participate at their own risk • Injuries must be reported to a coach or staff member immediately • Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the appropriate personnel of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns • Proper footwear, hydration, and sun protection are strongly encouraged Payments & Refunds • All program fees must be paid in full prior to participation • Refunds or credits for programs are subject the discretion of the program administrator and may not be available once programs have begun • Please contact us in the event of extreme circumstances Cancellations • All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25.00 Gear & Merchandise • All gear and merchandise sales are final sale • Sizes and items cannot be changed or adjusted after orders are submitted • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for gear under any circumstances Media & Photography • Athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during practices, training sessions, and tournaments • Media may be used for purposes such as website, social media, and promotional materials • Athletes may opt out of having their image used on the website or social media by notifying a member of staff in writing • Photographers and videographers will still be present during sessions, and complete avoidance of media capture cannot be guaranteed Policy Enforcement Failure by a player or parent/guardian to comply with these policies may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the club without refund.
