Use code EARLYBIRD10 for $10 off (limited time). Compete in a traditional Men’s or Women’s Doubles league running alongside NBVL competition nights at the Sax Centre. Please note: this league is the entry point for NBVL competition, but also offers the opportunity to play at all levels including recreational, tiered based on skill. It's not required to be at the highest level to play in the V-League. All participants will play on Thursday nights, so athletes at every level will get a great chance to enjoy the same high-energy environment as many of the city’s top beach athletes. Teams interested in the official qualification process for NBVL's Feature league can learn more at www.nbvl.ca Cash prizes will be awarded to the top teams at the end of the season.
Cancellation Policy
Purpose O’Saxman Beach Club, The Sax Centre, and the National Beach Volleyball League are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all players , coaches, staff, parents/guardians, and spectators. Code of Conduct All participants, including parents and guardians, are expected to: • Treat players, coaches, officials, staff, and spectators with respect • Display good sportsmanship at all times • Follow all club rules, facility guidelines, and staff instructions Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or disruptive behavior by players or parents/guardians will not be tolerated. Attendance & Participation • Players are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to participate • Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of minors • Repeated absences or late arrivals may result in reduced playing time or removal from sessions Safety & Responsibility • Players participate at their own risk • Injuries must be reported to a coach or staff member immediately • Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the appropriate personnel of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns • Proper footwear, hydration, and sun protection are strongly encouraged Payments & Refunds • All program fees must be paid in full prior to participation • Refunds or credits for programs are subject the discretion of the program administrator and may not be available once programs have begun • Please contact us in the event of extreme circumstances Cancellations • All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25.00 Gear & Merchandise • All gear and merchandise sales are final sale • Sizes and items cannot be changed or adjusted after orders are submitted • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for gear under any circumstances Media & Photography • Athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during practices, training sessions, and tournaments • Media may be used for purposes such as website, social media, and promotional materials • Athletes may opt out of having their image used on the website or social media by notifying a member of staff in writing • Photographers and videographers will still be present during sessions, and complete avoidance of media capture cannot be guaranteed Policy Enforcement Failure by a player or parent/guardian to comply with these policies may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the club without refund.
