O’Sax Core is our primary beach volleyball training program for athletes ages 12–18. It’s designed to build strong fundamentals, improve game understanding, and support consistent development in a structured, coach-led environment. Athletes train in age-based groups, with courts organized by skill and readiness to ensure appropriate challenge and support. Program Includes • 2–3 coach-led sessions per week • Technical skill development and gameplay training • Age-appropriate drills and competitive environments • Ongoing coaching feedback • 50% off entry to one O’Saxman Beach Tour event • Gear package All sessions are 90 minutes and led by qualified O’Saxman coaches following structured training plans. Schedule June • 3 sessions per week (90 minutes) • May include occasional weekend practices July & August • 2 sessions per week (90 minutes) • No weekend practices Interested in O’Sax Gold? All athletes register for Core. Those interested in Gold can indicate interest during registration. Gold try-outs take place: • May 28–31 (U14, U15, U17, U18–24) • June 1–2 (U16)


Cancellation Policy

O’Saxman Beach Club – Club Policy Purpose O’Saxman Beach Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all players , coaches, staff, parents/guardians, and spectators. Code of Conduct All participants, including parents and guardians, are expected to: • Treat players, coaches, officials, staff, and spectators with respect • Display good sportsmanship at all times • Follow all club rules, facility guidelines, and staff instructions Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or disruptive behavior by players or parents/guardians will not be tolerated. Attendance & Participation • Players are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to participate • Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of minors • Repeated absences or late arrivals may result in reduced playing time or removal from sessions Safety & Responsibility • Players participate at their own risk • Injuries must be reported to a coach or staff member immediately • Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns • Proper footwear, hydration, and sun protection are strongly encouraged Payments & Refunds • All program fees must be paid in full prior to participation • Refunds or credits for programs are subject to club discretion and may not be available once programs have begun Gear & Merchandise • All gear and merchandise sales are final sale • Sizes and items cannot be changed or adjusted after orders are submitted • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for gear under any circumstances Media & Photography • Athletes and parents/guardians acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during practices, training sessions, and tournaments • Media may be used for club-related purposes, including the website, social media, and promotional materials • Athletes may opt out of having their image used on the website or social media by notifying the club in writing • Photographers and videographers will still be present during sessions, and complete avoidance of media capture cannot be guaranteed Policy Enforcement Failure by a player or parent/guardian to comply with club policies may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the club without refund.
